FIELD & ICE · FIELD AND ICE LLC

Payments, cancellations & refunds

Purchase terms · payment-2026-10-26 · October 26, 2026

These terms apply to the purchase you actually choose and accept. They do not activate unfinished services, authorize a charge by themselves, or change an earlier accepted order. Availability is shown in your account and at checkout.

1. Your seller and payment provider

Field and Ice LLC, Michigan, operating as Field & Ice, sells its own platform memberships and local, regional and national advertising. The team, organization or other seller identified on an invoice or order is responsible for its own dues, fundraising purpose, sponsorship benefits or merchandise. Read that seller’s identity and purchase terms before paying. A platform role alone does not prove authority to bind an organization or use its bank account.

Stripe processes supported website purchases. Apple or Google processes purchases made through its store, where that option is available. Buying from a website on an iPhone does not make the purchase an Apple-billed subscription; check the receipt. Never send payment-card or bank credentials through chat, AI prompts or ordinary support forms.

2. Ad-free membership and other plans

The supported website ad-free offer is US $4.99 per month, with applicable taxes and the final total disclosed before authorization. It removes supported sponsor advertisement banners for the purchasing Field & Ice account across its teams. It does not remove ordinary team messages, third-party content, or advertisements outside Field & Ice. It does not include dues, merchandise or paid broadcast/statistics services.

It renews monthly until canceled. Before paying, review the amount, billing interval, renewal terms, seller and cancellation method, then affirmatively authorize the recurring purchase. Your checkout and provider receipt identify the transaction and billing period. Store purchases use the price, currency, tax and renewal terms shown by that store. Avoid duplicate purchases: a website membership and a store membership are separate billing contracts even when linked to the same app account.

Scout membership: US $19.99 per month per scout account. When activated, independently approved scouts can search currently parent-shared cards by sport, position, region and sport-specific statistics; review selected profiles, academics and highlights; save athletes privately; and compare up to three athletes in the same sport. Payment does not replace scout verification or family consent.

Family scout visibility: US $19.99 per month per parent account, covering all eligible linked children. Parents choose each child’s fields and files, preview the card and separately authorize publication. No new card is published just because payment succeeds. Expired coverage hides cards; renewed coverage may restore cards previously selected for sharing if all permissions remain valid. Hiding a card or withdrawing consent stops future access, but cannot recall copies already saved outside the service. Neither plan guarantees views, contact, recruitment or scholarships. These memberships are separate from one another and from ad-free membership. Checkout remains closed until the service, payment configuration and account eligibility are approved.

Team streaming/statistics and expanded software packages still await release verification. Earlier development prices are not active purchase offers. Any new plan must disclose its actual price, supported functionality, usage/storage limits, billing period and renewal/refund terms before purchase. No unlimited storage, recruiting outcome or guaranteed accuracy is offered by this notice. A subscription is not required merely to watch an authorized game where free viewing is offered.

Price or material renewal changes apply prospectively with the notice and renewed consent required by law. Required trial, promotional, renewal and price-change notices must be delivered for the actual offer; no free trial is created by this policy.

3. Cancel a subscription

Website/Stripe: sign in to Field & Ice, open Account → Payments → Manage or cancel your subscription, choose the recorded membership, select Cancel renewal, then Confirm cancellation. Wait for the provider-confirmed result and retain it. The dashboard shows whether renewal is off and the scheduled end when available. Secure Stripe account management also remains available for payment methods and invoices. If an updated policy notice appears, choose its subscription and refund management link; accepting new service terms is not required to manage an existing purchase.

Apple: use Apple subscriptions with the Apple Account that purchased it. Google Play: use Google Play subscriptions with the purchasing Google account. Follow the original provider’s displayed cancellation instructions and effective date. Store cancellation is not performed by a Field & Ice website button.

Cancellation stops future renewal. Already paid access normally continues until the current period ends, subject to the purchase terms, provider verification, any refund/reversal, and lawful suspension. Charges already incurred are separate; cancellation does not by itself refund them or cancel a separate team obligation. There is no Field & Ice cancellation fee for these account memberships. We do not require a reason or retention offer to cancel online.

Uninstalling the app, deleting an account, leaving a team, pausing a campaign or submitting a general support request does not by itself cancel a subscription. Transfer team responsibilities where appropriate and cancel applicable subscriptions before account deletion. If online cancellation cannot be completed, contact Contact@fieldandice.com with your account and a clear cancellation request. We will assist without requiring unnecessary steps; technical failure does not waive your rights. Do not send passwords or full payment credentials.

4. Request a refund and check its result

Website payments: open Account → Payments → Recent payment history & help, select Request refund or payment help, describe the issue and submit the request. If the receipt is unavailable or you cannot sign in, email Contact@fieldandice.com with the purchase reference, approximate date and requested resolution. A request is reviewed against the accepted purchase, delivery circumstances and applicable law; submitting one is not approval or confirmation of a completed refund.

Voluntary cancellation does not automatically earn a prorated refund unless the purchase terms or law require one. Duplicate or unauthorized charges, undelivered purchases, material service failures and statutory withdrawal/refund rights are considered separately. No policy removes a legally required refund, lawful chargeback, regulator complaint or other nonwaivable remedy. There is no shortened deadline in this notice for exercising a statutory right.

Apple-billed purchases: request review at reportaproblem.apple.com. Google Play purchases: use Google Play’s refund request process or contact us for assistance under the applicable store rules. Field & Ice’s Stripe refund form cannot refund an Apple or Google receipt. Eligibility and processing follow the original provider and applicable law.

Approved refunds go to the original payment method where supported. Full or partial amounts cannot exceed the remaining paid balance. A pending or processing status is not a completed refund; the provider may require action or report failure. Bank posting time can differ from provider confirmation. Duplicate reimbursement is not due for an amount already returned. A refund does not automatically cancel future subscription renewal. A full or partial refund or a dispute affecting the current membership invoice can remove its membership entitlement; cancellation is available separately.

5. Team accounts, sponsorships and merchandise

An authorized adult completes Stripe’s secure bank/business onboarding for the named team or organization. Team collections require the actual connected-account configuration, completed provider requirements and platform review. In the supported direct-charge model, eligible funds are collected on the verified connected account and paid by Stripe to its verified bank, subject to settlement, fees, reserves, refunds, disputes and holds. Payment confirmation is not a guaranteed bank-arrival date.

Field & Ice is not a bank, escrow service, insurer or guarantor of an organizer’s performance or proceeds. Fees, refunds, disputes and negative balances follow the actual provider agreements and configuration, together with applicable law. A notice cannot shift a liability away from Field and Ice LLC where its provider agreement or law makes it responsible.

One-time team sponsorships and advertising campaigns do not automatically renew. The agreed seller, amount, duration, placement, cancellation and refund terms must be shown before payment. Pausing display does not automatically cancel a paid order or refund it. Store merchandise has the identified seller’s fulfillment and return terms; canceling an ad-free subscription does not cancel an apparel order. No contribution is represented as tax deductible without an applicable legal basis.

6. Sponsorship fees and refund allocation

For the team sponsorship model, the authorized team chooses its sponsorship price. Field & Ice’s fee is 3% of the price after discounts and excluding separately stated taxes, rounded to the nearest cent. Stripe’s actual charges are additional. For a $100 sponsorship before tax, the Field & Ice fee is $3; team proceeds are $97 less Stripe charges and applicable adjustments. This is not a quote of Stripe’s rate.

The combined fee display must retain an itemized breakdown, label estimates, and reconcile actual charges without duplicate deductions. The fee is deducted from team proceeds and is not an undisclosed surcharge on a sponsor. This 3% fee does not automatically apply to dues, donations, merchandise, platform advertising or ad-free subscriptions. Existing orders retain their accepted fees.

An approved full sponsorship refund reverses the corresponding Field & Ice sponsorship fee; a partial refund reverses it proportionately, subject to cent rounding and the fee actually collected. Stripe processing/dispute fees may not be returned. A seller refunding directly in Stripe must coordinate any required platform-fee reversal. Internal fee allocation cannot reduce an approved customer refund or mandatory remedy. Unverified legacy or unusual payments require provider reconciliation before further refunds.

7. Family dues and invoices

Payment is a separate choice. Registering an athlete, accepting a team invitation, receiving an invoice or reading a policy does not authorize a charge, automatic payment, scout sharing, recording or AI analysis.

The identified team or organization sets its family dues, service period, due dates and refund policy. Only an authorized adult can issue invoices on its behalf. An invoice does not make you responsible for another person’s debt. A separately agreed automatic-payment authorization is required for recurring debits; invoice reminders are not that authorization.

Family billing is private to the payer and authorized billing staff. It is not shared with other families, scouts or advertisers, or used as a recruiting statistic. When enabled, overdue reminders are scheduled no more often than every two days, starting 48 hours after the due-date deadline. Payment in progress, a recorded dispute, arrangement or administrative pause suspends reminders; paid, voided and uncollectible invoices stop them. Delivery and bank settlement can be delayed. No late fee is authorized by a reminder or this notice; any lawful fee needs its own prior disclosure and agreement.

Team billing and paid broadcasting/statistics still require provider setup and release verification. Earlier development prices are not current purchase offers. Any future software plan must state its actual price, term, limits, renewal and refund policy before purchase. Existing accepted orders retain their original terms. The separate 3% sponsorship fee does not apply to family dues. See Payments, cancellations & refunds.

8. Permissions, records and responsibility

Purchasing does not grant recording, distribution, music, branding, publicity, guardian or scout-sharing rights. Broadcasters must obtain required event and participant permissions. Authorized reviewers must check proposed statistics and identity mapping before publication; reviewed observations are not official league certification. A payment never expands a child’s data-sharing consent.

Field & Ice keeps payment references, status, accepted policy versions where captured, billing periods, refund decisions and cancellation records needed to administer the purchase and meet accounting, dispute and legal duties. Provider account and bank details are entered through the provider’s secure process. Privacy rights and restricted lawful retention are described in the privacy notice.

The service terms’ qualified warranty exclusions, liability limits and adult-user indemnity apply when validly agreed. They do not excuse fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, Field & Ice’s own nonwaivable duties, or mandatory consumer/privacy remedies, and do not waive a child’s rights. Existing agreements are not retroactively rewritten. Contact Field and Ice LLC at Contact@fieldandice.com.
