Website service terms and privacy notice · website-2026-10-26 · Published October 26, 2026 · Contractual changes apply upon valid acceptance
Current release: adult-managed teams. Field and Ice LLC operates the website for adults managing their own teams and families. Parent-supplied athlete registration is available under the separate parent registration notice. Direct child accounts, scout publication and payments are not activated by these terms. Acceptance is recorded only when you affirmatively agree in your signed-in account.
Updated coverage includes scheduling, broadcasts and recordings, AI tools, statistics, athlete cards, scouting, team customization and payments. Availability depends on activation and account permissions; describing a feature does not activate it. Existing agreements are not retroactively rewritten. Previous terms.
1. Terms of service & mobile application license
Scope and agreement
These terms cover Field and Ice LLC (“Field and Ice,” “we,” “us”) and its website, mobile application and associated services (“Services”). The version shown during affirmative acceptance governs that agreement. Viewing this page alone does not record acceptance. A parent’s privacy consent, optional scout-sharing permission and acceptance of these terms are separate decisions. Material changes will be notified and submitted for renewed agreement where required; they will not retroactively remove accrued rights.
Eligibility and authority
Account holders must be at least 18 and have legal capacity to contract and authority to represent any team, organization or athlete they manage. Do not impersonate another person, misstate a guardian relationship or share an account. Parents may supply athlete information through the parent-managed registration flow. Separate child accounts and direct collection from children are not part of this release. Do not create a child’s account to bypass that process. A coach, manager or team invitation is not by itself proof of parental authority. A guardian cannot bind another person to obligations beyond the guardian’s lawful authority.
What the service does
The Services provide coordination, communication and recordkeeping tools. Unless expressly agreed in writing, Field and Ice does not operate teams, select players, employ coaches or scouts, supervise athletes, provide transportation, inspect venues or organize the underlying sporting event. Teams and their authorized adults remain responsible for schedules, supervision, eligibility, safeguarding, travel, equipment and their own event rules. A platform role or approved scout account is not a background check, professional license or guarantee of safety.
Sports, training and informational content
Sports involve injury and other risks that must be assessed by the participant and responsible adults. Drills, development suggestions, performance records and wellbeing material are general information, not medical care, mental-health treatment, diagnosis or individualized professional advice. Consult qualified professionals when appropriate and stop activity when safety is in doubt. No athletic, academic, scholarship, recruiting, mental-health or financial outcome is guaranteed. This notice is not a release of a child’s legal claims or a substitute for an event-specific agreement.
Accounts, notifications and availability
Keep credentials secure and report suspected unauthorized access through Support. Team administrators must verify memberships and remove access that is no longer appropriate. Check the current schedule in the application; emails, browser/device notifications and calendar feeds can be delayed, disabled, filtered or unavailable. Do not rely on the Services for emergencies, time-critical safety instructions or guaranteed delivery. Call emergency services for immediate danger. Maintenance, network failures and third-party outages can interrupt access. Maintain appropriate independent copies of records you are authorized to retain; this does not reduce our nonwaivable obligations to protect information.
Your content and our license
You retain rights you hold in submitted content. You grant Field and Ice a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, copy, transmit, format and display it only as needed to provide, secure and support the Services, comply with law and carry out your authorized sharing choices. This is not permission to use a child’s name, image or records in advertising. You must have the necessary rights and permissions before submitting another person’s information, photos or videos. Removing content ends new ordinary use under this license, subject to legally required retention, restricted backup rotation and copies already lawfully received by others, as described in the privacy notice.
Software license and restrictions
Subject to these terms, Field and Ice grants a limited, personal or authorized-team, nonexclusive, nontransferable, revocable license to use the Services and install a released application on devices you control. We retain the software, branding and other rights not expressly granted. Do not resell access, scrape private records, bypass access controls, introduce malicious code, overload the service or reverse engineer except where law permits it. App-store terms and device permissions also apply where relevant; purchases and cancellation channels must be disclosed for the actual distribution channel before launch. No particular mobile-store release is promised by this policy.
Suspension, termination and disputes
We may limit features or suspend access when reasonably necessary to investigate misuse, protect people or systems, comply with law or address a material breach. We will provide notice and an opportunity for review when practicable and lawful; urgent safety or security action may occur first. Account deletion, content removal and subscription cancellation are different actions. Transfer team ownership and resolve active subscriptions before deleting an account. Provisions that reasonably need to survive, including accrued payment obligations, content rights needed for lawful retention, liability limits and dispute provisions, survive termination to the extent permitted by law.
Michigan law governs these terms except where mandatory laws provide otherwise. Disputes may be brought in courts with lawful jurisdiction in Michigan, subject to any mandatory consumer right to bring proceedings elsewhere. Nothing prevents contacting regulators, exercising statutory remedies or seeking urgent protective relief. These terms do not impose arbitration, a class-action waiver or a shortened statutory claim period. If a provision is unenforceable, it will be limited or severed to the extent lawful without invalidating the remaining terms. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. An assignment may not reduce mandatory consumer protections.
Contract records and order of terms
A separately accepted purchase controls its specific price, service period and stated cancellation/refund terms. These general terms govern the wider service; mandatory law always prevails. Do not rely on an AI answer, development estimate, demonstration or unsigned proposal as a separate warranty or amendment. This does not exclude liability for an express representation or promise that law makes enforceable. No employee, team representative or automated assistant may amend a contract except through an authorized written agreement or the applicable acceptance process.
Electronic acceptance and transaction records may document an agreement, subject to applicable law. We do not retroactively rewrite an accepted version. Material contractual changes will be presented for renewed agreement when required. We may assign the service as part of a lawful reorganization or transfer, with notice and privacy protections required by law; an assignment cannot reduce mandatory consumer rights.
Feature responsibilities across the website, PWA and mobile app
Schedules, attendance and coach commands
Coaches and authorized organizers must check event dates, time zones, recurrence end dates, locations, cancellations and recipients before saving or sending changes, including changes prepared from natural-language requests. Attendance responses are statements of intent, not guarantees of presence or supervision. Calendar imports, synchronization, notifications and reminders may be incomplete or delayed. Verify critical arrangements directly with the responsible organizer.
Broadcasting, watching and recordings
The adult who starts a broadcast or uploads footage must have authority to record and transmit the event and obtain permissions required from the venue, league, participants and guardians. Team membership or roster registration alone is not a recording release. Follow audio-recording, privacy and intellectual-property laws; do not record changing rooms, private conversations or other private settings. Do not include music or other protected content without permission. Check the audience before broadcasting and stop when required permissions are missing or withdrawn.
Phone cameras and compatible external cameras depend on device permissions, power, internet service and supported streaming settings. Field and Ice does not operate or control external cameras, guarantee camera compatibility, or guarantee live transmission, video quality, uptime, preservation or replay. A phone broadcast may be live-only; recording and analysis depend on the mode actually offered. Viewers may capture or redistribute footage despite restrictions. Do not share stream credentials or playback links beyond their authorized audience. Users must not redistribute recordings without authority. Report unauthorized footage through Support; stopping a stream or removing access cannot recall copies already obtained.
AI assistance, practice drills and wellbeing
AI responses, diagrams, drills and suggested actions can be incorrect, incomplete or inappropriate. A qualified adult coach must review drills for age, ability, contact level, equipment, facility conditions and supervision before use. Verify proposed actions and their saved results. AI is not a substitute for human judgment, safeguarding, medical care or professional advice. Optional mental-game tools are not diagnosis, treatment, crisis monitoring or emergency response. Read the AI feature and privacy notice. Do not enter identifying or sensitive athlete information into general-purpose prompts.
Video-derived statistics and player records
Where a validated analysis service is enabled, broadcast analysis proposes statistics from available footage and the selected team roster. Names, jersey assignments, roster changes, obstructed views, camera angles and incomplete footage can cause missing events or misidentification. No promise is made to detect every statistic or produce accurate live results for any sport. The authorized coach must review and, where needed, correct the stat package and athlete-to-jersey mapping before approving publication. Coach approval records that review; it is not independent certification by Field and Ice or a governing body. Report incorrect assignments promptly. Do not rely solely on suggested statistics for medical, disciplinary, eligibility, recruiting or scholarship decisions.
Athlete cards, scouting and bookmarks
Users are responsible for the accuracy and lawful sharing of submitted profiles, photos, academic records, highlights and statistics. Separate guardian choices govern optional publication under the athlete-card sharing notice. A scout bookmark saves a reference for the scout’s own scouting workflow; it does not expand permission, guarantee continuing access or authorize downloading, redistribution or private contact with a minor. Field and Ice does not guarantee scout credentials, recruiting interest, scholarships, selection or the accuracy of user-supplied claims.
Team identity, communication and integrations
Optional team colors, names, logos, messages, files, invitations and sponsor content are supplied or chosen by users. Obtain necessary branding rights and do not imply an endorsement or affiliation. Team appearance and role labels do not certify identity, safety or legitimacy. Google or Apple sign-in, email, push notifications, external video links, cameras and other integrations remain subject to their providers’ terms and availability. A supported connection does not imply a partnership, endorsement or guaranteed access to a provider’s data. Shared access controls do not guarantee immediate synchronization across devices.
For all features, Field and Ice does not undertake the user’s independent coaching, event management, supervision, broadcasting, recruiting, commercial or professional responsibilities. Any exclusion of liability is limited by section 2 and applicable law. Nothing here transfers Field and Ice’s own mandatory duties to users.
Practice plays, scores and clips
Saved practice plays and diagrams are coach-created team records. Coaches must check player roles, movements, age/skill assumptions and safety before using a play. A manual scoreboard is an entered snapshot, not an official or automatically synchronized clock. Authorized staff can review broadcasts and proposed observations only within their actual permissions. Selected video clips do not grant new audience, recording or reuse rights. No continuous recording, permanent storage, complete statistics or automatic publication is guaranteed.
2. Warranties, liability limits & indemnification
These provisions apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law. They do not waive nonwaivable consumer, privacy, child-protection or other statutory rights.
Limited warranties
Except for express commitments in a separately signed agreement or protections required by law, the Services and informational content are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest lawful extent, Field and Ice disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and noninfringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, the accuracy of user-supplied content, delivery of every message or the conduct or suitability of a team, coach, guardian, scout, sponsor or third-party provider. This clause does not negate express promises or required standards of reasonable care.
Limits on recoverable losses
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Field and Ice LLC and its members, managers, officers, employees and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or lost profits, revenue, business opportunities or goodwill arising from the Services. For claims to which a contractual limit lawfully applies, their aggregate liability arising from the Services will not exceed the greater of US $100 or the fees you paid directly to Field and Ice for the affected Services during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Team contributions and amounts merely processed for third parties are not fees paid for our Services.
The exclusions and cap do not apply to fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, liability for death or personal injury where it cannot lawfully be limited, or any other liability or remedy that applicable law prohibits limiting. They do not excuse our own nonwaivable security, privacy or child-protection duties. If your jurisdiction does not allow a particular limitation, that limitation does not apply to you.
These limits apply across the features described above, including scheduling, communications, AI, statistics, scouting, streaming, customization and payments. They do not guarantee that a court will enforce a particular limit.
Adult user and organization indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, an adult contracting user or organization agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Field and Ice LLC and its members, managers, officers, employees and agents from third-party claims, resulting damages, judgments, reasonable settlements and reasonable legal fees, but only to the extent caused by that user’s or organization’s unlawful conduct, material breach of these terms, infringement through submitted content, false representation of authority or permissions, or negligent or wrongful management of its own team, event or fundraising activity, including unauthorized recording or distribution, infringement of branding or media rights, and unlawful recruiting or sponsorship conduct.
This indemnity does not make a child responsible for contractual defense costs, release a child’s claims, waive the user’s own protected claims, or cover loss to the extent caused by an indemnified party’s negligence, gross negligence, fraud, willful misconduct or violation of nonwaivable law. Field and Ice must provide prompt notice of a covered claim, with delay excusing the obligation only to the extent it causes material prejudice, and reasonable cooperation. The responsible party may control a defense using competent counsel reasonably acceptable to Field and Ice. No settlement may admit fault by an indemnified party, impose a nonmonetary obligation or omit an appropriate release without that party’s written consent, not to be unreasonably withheld. Field and Ice may participate through separate counsel at its own expense except where a conflict reasonably requires separate representation and applicable law permits recovery of that cost.
3. Privacy notice
Information and purposes
Field and Ice LLC processes account identity and contact details, authentication information, team roles and relationships, schedules, attendance, messages, athlete development and academic records that authorized users enter, optional photos/files, support requests and consent choices to deliver the features selected. Service providers also process technical information necessary for security and delivery. Browser-push subscriptions identify a browser/device endpoint. Do not submit payment-card details, government ID images, medical records or other sensitive information into chat, captions, scout summaries or support messages.
Who can see information
Access depends on approved roles and linked relationships. Coaches can maintain athlete development records; managers coordinate team operations but do not receive coach-only development editing authority. Linked families can access permitted athlete records. Athlete files are restricted to the linked family and coach; team images are available to approved members. Designated operators may access information needed to handle authorized support, verification or safety reviews. A scout role alone does not give access to team records. Approved scouts can access only separately published athlete cards and the details or files affirmatively selected under the athlete-card sharing notice, when publication is enabled. Selection may include photos, statistics, grades, academic files and highlights. Unselected files, private team records, family contact details and schedules remain outside that permission. Scout bookmarks do not broaden access.
Broadcast, AI and scouting information
Selected streaming features process video, audio, event references, technical connection data and playback access information. Cloudflare Stream supplies supported streaming and recording delivery. External video destinations have their own audiences and privacy practices. A stream may reveal faces, voices, jersey numbers and venue details even if a roster uses aliases. Team authorization is not a substitute for recording permissions or any required guardian consent.
AI drill requests send the practice brief and team-level parameters to OpenAI for moderation and generation. The AI notice describes check-in controls, temporary drafts and service records. If video analysis is activated, the configured analysis service receives authorized footage access, sport, jersey/color mappings and athlete record identifiers needed to propose a stat package; the current dispatch does not send roster names. Activation requires identifying the actual provider, its processing and retention practices, required notices and permissions, and review of security and accuracy. These terms do not themselves activate that processing.
Scout bookmark records associate the scout account with selected athlete references. Sharing remains governed by the current card permissions. Custom team colors are team settings. Payment providers process payment and onboarding information under their notices; Field and Ice processes the transaction references, status and entitlements needed for the selected purchase. Do not submit card or bank credentials to ordinary app fields.
Providers and disclosures
Supabase provides authentication and team-record storage. The hosted website uses Sites hosting and Cloudflare-backed database and private object storage. Resend processes email addresses and generic notification messages. Browser/device push providers process subscription endpoints and notification payloads. App stores and device providers may process information under their own notices when their services are used. Service providers may process information in the United States or other locations used to deliver their services, subject to applicable safeguards. We do not enable third-party behavioral advertising or nonessential analytics through this registration release. Hosting security, authentication and service-delivery technologies remain necessary for operation. No authorization for targeted advertising, sale of children’s information or unrelated marketing follows from accepting these terms. Any new use requiring consent must be disclosed and consented to separately.
Your choices and requests
Account → Notifications controls optional team email settings; browser/device settings control push permission. Required account-security and recovery emails are separate. Account → Profile provides available export and deletion controls. Account → Privacy provides guardian consent and scout visibility controls. Account → Support can receive a Privacy request from a signed-in user; guardians and former users can email Contact@fieldandice.com without an account. We may verify the requester’s identity and authority using proportionate steps before disclosing or deleting information. Applicable access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction and other statutory rights remain available; no terms clause makes you indemnify us merely for exercising them.
Retention, deletion and security
Removed file metadata immediately denies further application access and storage deletion is queued for retry. Account deletion does not automatically erase all team-maintained records; requests involving an athlete must be reviewed in context. Withdrawal of scout visibility does not recall copies previously obtained by authorized viewers. Account and team records remain while needed for the active account or team and until removed through available controls or an applicable deletion request. Parent registration receipts remain with the athlete profile and are removed with it. Support, moderation, security and consent records are retained while needed to resolve the matter, investigate misuse or establish the relevant authorization, and longer only where a lawful obligation or dispute requires it. Delivery records support retry and troubleshooting; there is not yet a general automatic age-based purge of historical delivery or audit records. Request restriction or deletion through the contact below. Unfinished upload reservations expire after one day through the scheduled cleanup process. Production backup coverage and restoration testing are not yet complete; no recovery guarantee is made. Data retained for a lawful preservation obligation must be restricted to that purpose; deletion obligations must be reapplied after a restore. No system is perfectly secure, but this fact does not waive our duties to implement required safeguards or incident notices.
Local storage and children
The application uses browser/device storage for session and application state where implemented. Additional nonessential cookies, analytics or advertising technologies require an updated notice and any required choices before activation. The guardian notice below controls the parent-managed workflow. Material privacy changes affecting children require renewed notice and permission when required, not retroactive blanket consent.
Ask Field & Ice privacy
Ask Field & Ice answers product questions using maintained Field & Ice guidance and helps prepare supported team actions. For an AI answer, we send OpenAI your request, up to two recent question-and-answer exchanges, role, sport, time zone, current date, permitted navigation options and product guidance. A pseudonymous account identifier supports abuse prevention. The server replaces recognized roster names with temporary athlete tokens before provider processing and rejects detected phone numbers, email addresses, addresses and links. These filters are not perfect: do not enter confidential, medical, financial, identifying or other sensitive information.
The assistant does not send the roster, saved scout-card contents, private team chat, grades, uploaded files or billing balances to the AI provider. When you request advice on an accessible athlete card, Field & Ice checks your permissions and evaluates the saved card within the application; that review is not sent to OpenAI. A card review does not edit or publish a card, rate ability, certify statistics or predict recruitment.
Questions and answers are held in the current assistant screen for follow-ups, rather than stored as a team conversation. Request IDs, pseudonymous account IDs and timestamps are kept for rate limiting; records older than 24 hours are removed when subsequent assistant requests run. Attendance previews contain event references, selected response and dates, expire after ten minutes, and are removed after their retention window when later previews are created. Confirmed attendance is stored as ordinary team attendance. Provider processing and retention are separate from clearing the screen. Requests use the provider’s response-storage-off setting; this is not a promise of zero retention.
Only your explicit confirmation saves a prepared attendance change. The assistant cannot itself refund a payment, cancel a subscription, delete a message, publish a scout card or change account permissions. It may explain or open the relevant controls. Review answers and the actual saved result; do not rely on the assistant for emergencies or professional advice.
Calendar, notifications and message deletion
Private calendar links allow a calendar provider to retrieve the schedules you authorized. Treat a link like a password; anyone holding it may be able to retrieve its permitted events until it is revoked. Remove the subscription from Apple/Google and revoke the link in Calendar connections to stop access. Calendar providers control refresh timing and may retain their own copies.
Enabled browser or native notifications use a device token/endpoint, account association, optional device label and generic alert payload. Operating-system and provider settings control delivery; they may delay or suppress alerts. Notification consent is separate from team membership. Check notification settings on shared devices and sign out when finished.
You can hold your own chat message and choose Delete, then confirm. Application deletion removes the message and linked attachment access; file deletion may be queued. It cannot recall screenshots, downloaded copies, earlier notifications or another person’s lawful records. Required moderation, security or legal-preservation records may be retained with restricted access. Deleting a message does not delete the whole team conversation.
Additional privacy rights
We do not authorize the sale of children’s information or cross-site behavioral advertising through these features. Contextual sponsorships use team placement, sport or team-selected region where supported, not private grades, family balances or athlete documents. Where applicable law provides rights to know, access, correct, delete, export, restrict processing, withdraw consent, opt out or appeal, use Contact@fieldandice.com or Account → Support → Privacy. We will verify authority proportionately, apply lawful exceptions, explain permitted refusals and meet applicable deadlines. Exercising a protected right does not waive a claim or create a fee or indemnity obligation.
Adult-managed registration does not itself establish that every use falls outside children’s privacy laws. Collection from children, optional disclosures and any broader youth release require the appropriate operational safeguards, notices and verifiable parental consent where applicable before activation. We do not treat a checkbox, team membership or a subscription as proof of verified guardianship.
4. Parents, athletes and optional sharing
Parents register athletes from their own confirmed adult accounts after team membership approval. Read the parent registration notice before submitting information. It explains the exact roster fields, access by approved team members, authorization receipt and deletion controls. Use a first name or team nickname and avoid sensitive personal details. A parent link records the adult’s declaration of authority; it is not an identity check, background check or legal guardianship certification. No hired reviewer is required for this registration workflow.
Direct child logins and scout publication are not enabled for parent-managed profiles. Do not share your adult login with a child. Any future direct collection from children requires the notices and consent appropriate to the ages, jurisdictions and disclosures before collection begins. A team invitation, matching name or AI inference is not treated as proof of parental authority.
Parent registration and agreement to these terms do not authorize scouting disclosure. Any release of scout publication requires separate, optional permission for the specifically selected card details and files described in the sharing notice. Private participation does not depend on scout sharing. Unselected files, family contact details and private schedules stay outside scout search. Withdrawal must stop future authorized visibility, though it cannot recall copies already received.
Use Account → Athletes to remove your registered athlete and linked records. Use Account → Support → Privacy or Contact@fieldandice.com for correction, other deletion requests, access disputes or concerns about a child using an account. Consent to information processing is not a waiver of a child’s legal rights.
5. Scout access & recruiting rules
Provide accurate identity, organization and purpose information when applying. Approval permits only the access expressly available in the service; it does not authorize access to private team data, bulk scraping, resale, background dossiers or unrelated profiling. Use scout information only for the stated legitimate sporting purpose. Do not attempt to identify an alias through outside datasets, publish a minor’s information or contact a minor privately through information obtained from the service. Contact and recruiting activity must follow applicable safeguarding and organizational rules.
Guardian permission can be withdrawn. Stop further use or disclosure that depends on withdrawn permission and honor lawful deletion requests. Scout approval is revocable and is not an endorsement or assurance of professional qualifications. Athletic assessments and recruitment decisions remain the scout’s responsibility. The adult-user indemnity and liability provisions above apply subject to their stated limits.
Read the payment terms for seller identity, current plan availability, fees, renewal, cancellation and refunds. Field & Ice sells its own platform subscriptions and local, regional and national advertising. Teams and organizations remain responsible for their separately identified dues, fundraisers, sponsorship commitments and merchandise. No provider arrangement transfers away Field and Ice LLC’s own duties.
Account → Payments contains membership and payment history. Use Cancel renewal for a recorded website subscription, or the original Apple/Google store’s subscription settings for a store purchase. Cancellation stops future renewal; it does not automatically refund an earlier charge or cancel a separate team commitment. Deleting an app or account, leaving a team, pausing an advertisement or requesting help is not a confirmed cancellation. A payment refund is confirmed only when its provider status confirms it; pending requests are not completed refunds.
Only the actual price and terms shown and accepted before checkout govern a new purchase. New subscriptions require affirmative authorization; accepting general terms alone does not authorize billing. Purchases, bank payouts and entitlements have separate provider checks. If online cancellation fails, email Contact@fieldandice.com with the account and request; do not send payment credentials. Technical failure does not remove cancellation, refund, chargeback or statutory rights.
7. Community standards, content reports & safety
No harassment, threats, discrimination, exploitation, sexual content involving minors, grooming or inappropriate private contact with athletes.
No impersonation, fraud, unauthorized fundraising, doxxing, spam, malicious software or attempts to bypass role restrictions.
Upload only content you have authority to share. Do not post private contact details, precise location, credentials or identity documents.
Report chat concerns through team reporting; use the file-report and Support → Safety tools for platform review. Blocking affects your view and does not guarantee removal from other accounts.
Scouts, coaches and managers must follow safeguarding rules and remain within approved access. Approval does not replace an organization’s screening obligations.
We may restrict, quarantine or remove content and preserve evidence when reasonably required for safety, security or law. We do not promise real-time monitoring or review of every submission. Report immediate danger to emergency services and suspected crimes to the appropriate authorities. Nothing here restricts lawful reports to regulators or law enforcement. Our own mandatory reporting and safeguarding obligations are not disclaimed.
To challenge a moderation decision, use Support with the affected item and the reason for review; avoid resubmitting prohibited material. We will assess requests under the review process described here, subject to legal restrictions and urgent safety needs. Rights holders may submit an infringement report through Contact@fieldandice.com with identification of the work, location of the disputed material, contact information and the basis of their claim. We do not claim designated-agent registration or a legal safe harbor that has not been established.
State the team, affected feature and requested action. Do not send passwords, identity documents or unnecessary information about a child. We may use proportionate steps to verify a requester’s identity and authority before disclosure or deletion. Requests are handled within applicable legal deadlines; we will explain any permitted extension or refusal and available review rights. Urgent safety reports may be prioritized. For immediate danger, contact emergency services.
To appeal a moderation or privacy decision, reply through the same support thread or email with the decision reference and grounds for review. The platform operator reviews the request and records the outcome; no independent external appeals service is represented. Nothing restricts complaints to a regulator or lawful remedies.
These policies do not certify legal compliance, guarantee service availability, or eliminate liability imposed by law. Additional payment terms, child-facing consent arrangements, store disclosures and recovery commitments will be published before those services are activated. Material changes will carry a new version and require renewed agreement where applicable.
Payment is a separate choice. Registering an athlete, accepting a team invitation, receiving an invoice or reading a policy does not authorize a charge, automatic payment, scout sharing, recording or AI analysis.
The identified team or organization sets its family dues, service period, due dates and refund policy. Only an authorized adult can issue invoices on its behalf. An invoice does not make you responsible for another person’s debt. A separately agreed automatic-payment authorization is required for recurring debits; invoice reminders are not that authorization.
Family billing is private to the payer and authorized billing staff. It is not shared with other families, scouts or advertisers, or used as a recruiting statistic. When enabled, overdue reminders are scheduled no more often than every two days, starting 48 hours after the due-date deadline. Payment in progress, a recorded dispute, arrangement or administrative pause suspends reminders; paid, voided and uncollectible invoices stop them. Delivery and bank settlement can be delayed. No late fee is authorized by a reminder or this notice; any lawful fee needs its own prior disclosure and agreement.
Team billing and paid broadcasting/statistics still require provider setup and release verification. Earlier development prices are not current purchase offers. Any future software plan must state its actual price, term, limits, renewal and refund policy before purchase. Existing accepted orders retain their original terms. For newly approved invoices, Field & Ice deducts 2% from the team or organization proceeds in addition to Stripe’s actual fees. Existing approved invoices keep their original fee terms. See Payments, cancellations & refunds.
