For a website subscription, open Account → Payments, then Manage or cancel your subscription. Select Cancel renewal and confirm. For a refund, select the payment in Recent payment history & help. Cancellation and refunds are separate actions.
Apple and Google purchases use the original store’s subscription and refund process. See cancellation instructions and refund instructions.
Signed-in users can open Account → Support. Guardians, former users and anyone unable to sign in can email Contact@fieldandice.com. State the affected feature and the help you need. Do not send passwords, full payment details, identity documents or unnecessary information about a child.
