FIELD AND ICE LLC

Payments, team payouts & subscriptions

payment-2026-10-19 · Published October 19, 2026 · Applies only upon valid agreement to the applicable purchase.

Launch status: the team sponsorship fee, team payouts and US $49.99 streaming and video-stat bundle described here are not yet available for live purchase. The bundle’s Stripe price is inactive and the automatic video-stat engine is unfinished. These terms do not activate checkout, promise a launch date or authorize billing. Existing ad-free purchases remain governed by their accepted terms.

1. Who sells and receives the payment

The team or organization identified at checkout sells its sponsorship and is responsible for its campaign, lawful use of proceeds, promised placements and applicable receipts and taxes. Field and Ice provides the software and receives the disclosed platform fee. Field and Ice is the seller of its own streaming subscription and regional/national advertising. Team sponsorship is a one-time purchase for the agreed duration, not an automatically renewing subscription.

A team representative must be an authorized adult with power to bind the identified team or organization. A coach or manager role alone does not establish ownership of funds or authority to use a bank account. Do not represent that a team is tax exempt or a payment tax deductible without an applicable legal basis.

2. Secure team bank onboarding and payouts

When available, the authorized representative completes Stripe-hosted connected-account onboarding, supplies accurate business/identity information and enters a bank account the team is authorized to use. Stripe’s applicable Connected Account Agreement, Services Agreement and Privacy Policy apply. Field and Ice may request status verification and platform review before enabling payments. Ownership or bank changes require renewed checks where applicable.

The intended flow uses direct charges on the team’s connected Stripe account. Stripe deducts its fees and the disclosed Field and Ice application fee and pays eligible available proceeds to the account’s verified bank according to its payout schedule. Field and Ice does not hold a team escrow balance or promise to manually forward money. Payment success, funds availability and arrival in a bank are different events. Verification, settlement, reserves, refunds, disputes, security restrictions and bank delays may affect payouts. Instant payouts are not promised; any optional payout charge must be disclosed.

The account holder must protect access, keep account details accurate and promptly report unauthorized changes. Processing charges, refunds, disputes and negative balances are allocated under the actual Stripe account configuration and agreements. These terms cannot override Stripe’s allocation of responsibility or Field and Ice’s own legal duties. Field and Ice does not insure a team’s proceeds or guarantee organizer performance.

3. Team sponsorship prices and total fees

The authorized team sets its sponsorship price and duration. Field and Ice’s fee is 3% of the sponsorship price after discounts and before separately stated taxes, rounded to the nearest US cent. Stripe’s actual processing fees are additional. For a $100 sponsorship before tax, Field and Ice’s fee is $3; the team’s proceeds are $97 minus Stripe’s actual fees and any applicable adjustments. This example does not quote a Stripe rate.

Total fees = Field and Ice’s 3% fee + applicable Stripe charges. The interface must show the combined dollar deduction with both components itemized. Estimates must be labeled and reconciled to actual provider charges. Stripe charges may include fixed amounts and payment-method, currency or other provider charges; one fixed combined percentage is not promised. The same processing charge must not be deducted twice.

The team bears these deductions from its proceeds. They are not an undisclosed surcharge on the sponsor. Checkout must state the sponsor’s total charge, taxes, seller, duration and any separately applicable fee before affirmative payment authorization. The team’s net also reflects applicable tax remittance, refunds and reversals. Future price or fee changes do not alter an existing accepted order. The 3% fee applies to team sponsorships, not automatically to team dues, donations, regional/national advertising or streaming subscriptions.

4. Streaming and video-stat subscription

The proposed price is US $49.99 per month per team, plus applicable taxes clearly disclosed before purchase. One separately authorized subscription covers the named team’s eligible use, subject to membership and role permissions. Watching an authorized game carries no Field and Ice viewing fee; internet/data charges and audience restrictions still apply. This plan is separate from the $4.99 account-level ad-free subscription and sponsorship purchases.

The bundle may open only when the offered broadcasting and video-stat workflow is functional and verified. Before purchase, checkout must explain supported cameras and modes, recording/replay availability, supported statistics and sports, retention and any usage limits. No unlimited storage, analysis volume, camera compatibility or guaranteed accuracy is promised. Material limitations cannot be introduced after payment without applicable notice and remedies. This document does not authorize collection for unfinished services.

When launched and expressly authorized, billing renews monthly until cancelled. The purchasing adult must affirmatively authorize the recurring amount, interval and named team. A renewal date and receipt must be provided. Cancellation through the disclosed online subscription-management channel stops future renewal and ordinarily leaves access through the paid period, unless a refund, reversal or lawful suspension changes that period. If that channel fails, contact Contact@fieldandice.com for assistance; technical failure does not waive cancellation rights. Deleting the app, leaving a team or transferring ownership is not itself cancellation. No subscription is transferred to a new payer without authorization.

No automatic prorated refund is promised for voluntary cancellation, except where required by law or agreed for the purchase. Duplicate or unauthorized charges, material service failures and statutory remedies will be assessed separately. Price changes require advance notice and any legally required renewed consent before a future charge. App-store purchases, if offered, must identify their actual purchase, cancellation and refund channel before authorization.

5. Statistics, recording rights and athlete privacy

The broadcaster must secure required venue, league, participant and guardian permissions. Buying access does not grant recording, distribution, music, branding or publicity rights. The analysis engine may miss events or misidentify jerseys; unsupported or unseen statistics must not be represented as verified. An authorized coach or team manager must review, correct and approve the package and roster mapping before it reaches permitted athlete records. Coach or team manager approval is not league certification and does not authorize scout publication. Separate guardian sharing choices continue to apply.

No guaranteed scholarship, recruiting, athletic or business result follows from a subscription. Field and Ice remains responsible for its own express service promises and nonwaivable duties. Read the AI notice, parent notice and athlete sharing notice.

6. Refunds, disputes and fee adjustments

The identified seller must address fulfillment and refund requests under the accepted purchase and applicable law. Contact Support with the payment reference; never send bank or card credentials. A request is not confirmation of a completed refund. Refunds return through the original payment method where supported, subject to provider timing.

For the forthcoming 3% sponsorship model, an approved full refund must reverse the corresponding Field and Ice sponsorship fee; an approved partial refund must reverse that fee proportionately, with cent rounding and no more than the fee actually collected. Stripe’s processing or dispute charges may not be returned and remain subject to the provider’s rules. Fee accounting between the team, Field and Ice and Stripe does not reduce an approved customer refund or a mandatory consumer remedy. A team issuing a refund directly in Stripe must coordinate any required platform-fee reversal. Disputes and chargebacks are governed by provider procedures; duplicate reimbursements are not due.

Reserves, recovery of amounts owed and restrictions must follow applicable agreements and law. No provision blocks a lawful chargeback or complaint to a regulator. Prior orders with no platform fee do not acquire a fee under this update.

7. Records, responsibility and acceptance

Keep the accepted seller, price, duration, fee schedule, payment status and policy version with each order. Keep recurring authorization and cancellation receipts. Field and Ice processes the minimum payment references and status needed for administration; bank and identity details belong in Stripe’s secure flow, not chat, AI prompts or ordinary forms. Privacy and retention are described in the privacy notice.

The service terms’ lawful warranty limitations, liability exclusions and qualifying adult-user indemnity apply only when validly agreed. They do not excuse fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence or nonwaivable consumer, privacy, child-protection or other obligations. No child’s rights are waived. Field and Ice remains responsible for its own sales and duties; no document can make the company immune from all responsibility.

Publication does not rewrite previous receipts or consents, authorize a debit, or make a guardian accept team debts. New financial terms require appropriate affirmative agreement before the affected transaction. Material changes must be disclosed before they apply. Operator: Field and Ice LLC, Michigan. Monthly family dues and annual invoicing service

Prospective feature notice — October 20, 2026. Monthly family invoicing is under development and is not enabled for live billing. The selected Field and Ice launch software price is US $1,000 per team for a 12-month term, plus applicable disclosed taxes. Stripe processing and applicable invoicing or recurring-billing charges are additional and are not included in the $1,000. Organization-wide use is priced per enrolled team unless a separate written offer states otherwise. This service is separate from the streaming/stat subscription and the 3% team sponsorship fee; that sponsorship fee does not apply to family dues. There is no setup fee or additional Field and Ice percentage on dues. The annual term requires a separate purchase and does not automatically renew.

The identified organization or team sets and is responsible for the family dues, services, due dates, adjustments, refunds and lawful late-fee policy. Only a duly authorized adult representative may issue invoices for it. A coach account does not by itself establish authority to bind an organization or a family. Invoices must identify the seller, billing period, responsible adult payer, amount, currency, due date, timezone and any agreed fee. Merely being a guardian, receiving an invoice or using this app does not create liability for another person's debt.

The intended reminder schedule is one notice every two days after an invoice is overdue, beginning 48 hours after the due-date deadline. Notices go privately to the designated adult billing contact, not to athletes, team chats or scouts. Delivery is not guaranteed. Reminders must pause for payment in progress, a reported dispute, a payment arrangement or administrative pause, and stop for paid, voided or uncollectible invoices. A payment pending bank settlement is not automatically treated as a missed payment. Recovery from a service outage must not send all missed reminders at once.

No late-fee amount has been approved for this feature. Late fees remain disabled until an explicit amount, grace period, applicable legal review and prior family agreement are recorded. A reminder is not a fee assessment. The proposed implementation supports one separately itemized, non-compounding late fee per invoice, with waiver and correction controls; it does not add a new penalty every two days. These terms do not authorize retroactive penalties, unauthorized payment debits or legally prohibited charges. Processing costs may not be silently added to a family's agreed dues.

Any automatic payment requires separate affirmative authorization for the payment method, amount or calculation, timing and cancellation process. Invoice reminders do not authorize automatic payment. Annual software access, renewal, cancellation, refunds, usage limits and any taxes must be clearly stated and accepted before a purchase; this notice does not authorize annual auto-renewal or collection for unfinished functionality. Provider charges and estimates must be itemized without duplicate deductions. Payment success and bank payout timing are separate.

Billing data is limited to the responsible adult's contact information, team or organization, billing period, invoice amounts, payment status, notices and authorization/audit records. Full card and bank credentials are entered in Stripe's secure flow. A family may view its own billing information; authorized billing staff may view information necessary for administration. Other families, athletes and scouts do not receive private balances. Billing data is not a recruiting statistic or input to video analysis. The existing privacy, security, retention and rights provisions continue to apply. Questions or billing disputes may be directed to the identified issuer and Contact@fieldandice.com.

Existing accepted purchases and consents are preserved. New financial terms require appropriate agreement before use. Field and Ice remains responsible for its own service and nonwaivable obligations; these provisions do not eliminate legal responsibility or waive a child's rights.

October 20 update: previous document. Publication alone does not change an existing agreement.
