Campaign preparation is available. Paid placements have not launched. You can prepare a business profile, upload creative and submit proposals for review. Saving or approving a proposal does not create a charge. Published prices, payment setup and release review are required before checkout opens.
Choose your placement
Team sponsorship: one team named in its sponsorship offer. The team selects the amount, sponsorship period, billing email and description, then reviews and sends an invoice through Field & Ice. The sponsor receives a secure Stripe invoice link and does not need a Field & Ice account to pay. The team is the payee; funds are collected on its verified connected Stripe account, less the disclosed 3% Field & Ice fee and separate Stripe fees. Invoice preparation does not send email or collect payment. Collection remains closed until payout verification and release review are complete. A sponsorship does not grant team membership, access to athlete information, recruiting rights or permission to use athlete identities.
Local advertising: participating team workspaces with a public home ZIP code matching the campaign’s selected five-digit US ZIP code. This is contextual team targeting; private addresses and device location are not used.
Regional advertising: participating team workspaces in one selected US state. Teams set their advertising state; device location and athlete addresses are not used to select these placements.
National advertising: participating team workspaces across the United States. Published national prices per day exceed regional prices, and regional prices exceed local prices. Sponsorship prices are selected by each team independently.
These are contextual placements within supported team screens. They do not include a guaranteed number of impressions, exclusive placement, a minimum audience, endorsements, sales or recruiting outcomes. Accounts with an active ad-free entitlement do not see these advertisements. Available reach depends on participating teams, active accounts and supported screens.
Your business & creative
You must be at least 18 and authorized to represent the business. Provide an accurate business name and public HTTPS destination. Upload a JPEG, PNG or WebP logo or advertising image no larger than 5 MB. Do not submit tracking images, athlete photographs, school records, private contact information, misleading claims or content unsuitable for a youth sports audience.
By saving a campaign with affirmative acceptance, you confirm that you have the rights needed to use the creative, business identity, message and destination. You permit Field and Ice LLC and the selected team, where applicable, to host and display that exact approved creative for the campaign and to retain the records needed to review, fulfill and support it. This permission does not give the advertiser rights in an athlete’s identity or records. The service terms and community standards also apply.
Draft images are accessible to the business account and authorized reviewers. Only approved, paid and current placements can display to their permitted audience. The business name, message, logo and destination in a displayed placement are advertising content intended for that audience.
Review before checkout
Regional and national creative requires platform review. Team proposals are reviewed within the selected team’s authorized sponsorship process, and platform administrators can review or withdraw approval. Approval is revocable and does not endorse a business or guarantee the safety or quality of an external destination.
Editing an unpurchased campaign requires a new review. The purchased creative is fixed when checkout begins; prepare a separate proposal if you need different creative. Keep external destinations accurate and appropriate. Do not change an approved destination into an unrelated or prohibited offer.
Price, duration & payment
Each package is a one-time purchase for the number of days shown. It does not renew automatically. Prices are in US dollars. The price and duration accepted for an order are preserved even if future package prices change. Checkout must show the payee and total charge, including any applicable taxes or fees, before you pay.
Regional and national purchases pay Field and Ice LLC. The intended team sponsorship model places the team’s processing fees, refunds, disputes and negative balances with the team’s own payment-provider account, subject to the actual provider agreement and configuration. This model has not been activated; these words do not change provider liability or enable checkout. Payout timing follows provider requirements. Field and Ice does not guarantee or insure team proceeds or fulfillment by a team. The forthcoming 3% team sponsorship fee and separate Stripe charges are detailed below and must be disclosed before purchase.
A checkout return page is not proof of settled payment. A placement begins only after payment verification and remains subject to current creative approval, account eligibility and campaign dates. Its start and end dates appear in the advertising workspace. A paused or withdrawn placement does not automatically gain extra days.
Pausing, payment help & refunds
You can pause a campaign to stop its display. Pausing does not cancel a completed one-time purchase or automatically request a refund. A team can pause new sponsorship proposals separately from its existing purchased campaigns.
For a payment problem or refund request, use Account → Payments with the payment reference shown on the campaign, or contact Contact@fieldandice.com. Describe the affected campaign and requested resolution. Do not send card numbers or banking credentials. Refund requests are assessed against the purchase, delivery circumstances and applicable rights; submission is not confirmation of a refund. Confirmed refunds or disputes stop further display under the current campaign workflow.
These terms do not remove mandatory consumer remedies or payment-provider dispute rights. The platform may stop prohibited, misleading or unauthorized placements while reviewing the issue. Payment and refund status remains visible separately from creative approval.
Questions & records
The advertising workspace records campaign revisions, approvals, package terms and payment status. Reviewers must state a reason for their decisions. Parents control athlete sharing through a separate process; business advertising acceptance does not authorize access to athlete cards.

Field and Ice LLC provides software tools. To the fullest extent permitted by law, it does not assume responsibility for independently operated teams or events, user decisions or submissions, third-party conduct, or outcomes from using a feature. Users and organizations remain responsible for the activities, permissions and decisions they control. The warranty exclusions, limits on damages and qualifying adult-user indemnity in the service terms apply when validly agreed, subject to all exceptions stated there.
This is not an unlimited release: nothing in this document excuses Field and Ice’s own fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence or nonwaivable obligations, removes mandatory consumer or privacy remedies, or waives a child’s rights. Consent to data processing is separate from agreement to contractual terms. Neither this notice nor a user’s agreement changes obligations imposed by law or by a payment provider.
Responsibility and feature coverage reviewed October 19, 2026. Previous notice. These updates do not retrospectively expand a prior consent or acceptance.
Team-selected prices and combined fee disclosure
For the forthcoming team sponsorship launch, an authorized team representative chooses the sponsorship price, duration and promised placements. Field and Ice receives 3% of the sponsorship price after discounts and excluding separately stated taxes, rounded to the nearest cent. Stripe processing fees are deducted in addition. The team receives the balance after applicable taxes, refunds, reversals and other disclosed provider adjustments. The combined “Total fees” figure must show Field and Ice’s fee and Stripe’s actual charges separately; an estimate must be labeled and reconciled to actual charges. Processing can include a fixed amount and other payment-method or currency charges, so no universal combined percentage is promised.
The fee is deducted from team proceeds, not silently added to a sponsor’s quoted price. Local, regional and national advertising remain Field and Ice sales; this team fee does not automatically apply to donations, dues or the separate streaming subscription. Existing accepted orders retain their agreed price, duration and fees. New prices do not retroactively authorize deductions.
Bank onboarding, payout restrictions, refund allocation and subscription distinctions are in the Payment, team payout and subscription terms. Team checkout remains disabled until implemented and verified. Creating a draft or accepting these campaign terms does not authorize a debit or make a paid placement live.
Payment clarification published October 19, 2026. Previous consents and accepted orders are preserved; no new financial or data-use authorization is inferred.
Family billing and review clarification
October 20, 2026: the forthcoming monthly family invoicing service is separate from streaming/stat access and sponsorship. Its selected launch software price is US $1,000 per team per 12-month term, plus applicable disclosed taxes and separate Stripe charges. It is not currently available for live purchase. The family dues terms describe due dates, private two-day overdue reminders, required fee disclosures and authorization. Late fees remain disabled until an explicit lawful policy is agreed; reminders do not add penalties by themselves.
Private family payment information must not appear in athlete cards, recruiting search, advertising targeting or video-analysis inputs. Neither a sponsor nor another family receives access to a family's balance. A coach or team manager may review and approve a broadcast stat package; one authorized approval is sufficient. That approval does not grant scout sharing permission or certify an unseen event. Existing consents, privacy rights and nonwaivable obligations continue to apply.
October 20 update: previous document. Publication alone does not change an existing agreement.
October 23 update: previous terms. Existing accepted orders retain their price, duration and original fee terms.
